Payment
We use SECPay to process all credit card payments. When you select the "Checkout" button above you will be transferred to the Twinkleberry payment page on a secure SecPay server.
We also accept cheques and postal orders. Please make your cheque or postal order payable to Twinkleberry and include a print out of this page with your order. Please send your order and your payment to:

Payments by cheque or postal order will be sent out once the funds have cleared.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all items as soon as we can, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Packaging
Each piece of Twinkleberry jewellery will arrive gift-wrapped. Your order is then placed in a sturdy box for posting.
Returns
We know that things can sometimes go wrong so rest assured that we will do our best to help you with any return that you make. All of our jewellery is sold with a guarantee of workmanship. If you have any problem with the order you have received please return your package via post with an explanation of the problem.
Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of goods.
We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are the customers responsibility until we receive them, please insure your jewellery by obtaining proof of posting. We pay for return postage costs on faulty items only.
